My Ecstasy

Talking abt happiness, there are over millions of interpretations, it merely depends on how one gonna perceive it, and through which means one gonna achieve it. Put it simple, a GREEDY man never gets SATISFIED for his proceeds; while a humble bee labors routinely yet never complains.

On accord to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, humans have different needs in different stages of life. At this moment, i know what i want. One just wonders why people are sticking on the same ground while one looks around, but obviously they are much happier than one does. Sometimes being too competitive might hurt oneself and create a backlash, is this the case, huh?

Back to ecstasies, they are overwhelming feelings of joyful excitement; experiences of mystic self-transcendence. I did have a taste of them before, dated back my young days. Times of losing tears and laughters. Yes, you say I am cool, that's due to the loss of feelings over the years.

On my esteem side, my happiness comes from my personal recognition - Awards, scholarship, honors from peers, rankings, fame, monetary status. Now looking to boast a higher social status and future achievements. But at the end of the day, who realli cares.

Never will I forget the pose when you glance; your smile; the fine touches along the waist; and when u are in my arms, I hope the memories never fade. Now my only humble wish is that you be happy n content always.

After all the tries undergone, I am not sure whether I can reach the apex of the hierarchy or self-actualize in all sense. One thing I am sure, though, that is having a peaceful mind without any worries ahead.

GREAT expectations ... is only a beautiful dream with a beautiful mind.

Given my limited capacity, it is crystal clear tt drastic transformation of the self must be realized if this particular dream is to become a reality.


Just want to make it clear once and for all: I don't wanna make myself a legend; but at least let me steer my life on my free will, towards the Utopia which exists, in my current mind.
